We are hired by the family to handle the final affairs of closing the estate. We can help reduce the risk of identity theft by notifying all pertinent agencies. We can coordinate and handle issues and concerns while you concentrate on other things. We can reduce your stress during a difficult time.
Our family feels obligated to complete the work on our own.
That feeling is understandable. Just like hiring an attorney or CPA, we are a professional service that can assist you with the majority of the work because getting it done right matters.
What if we have already started?
We can step in and assist you at any time. Although it’s best to start sooner rather than later, if you have completed some projects and are now becoming overwhelmed, we can pick up at any point and take over.
Can you work out of state?
Yes, our clients are all over the country.
Are there specific things you don’t do?
We don't provide tax or legal advice, financial recommendations or negotiate medical bills.
Can you provide referrals for other services that we need?
Yes. We have an extensive list of professionals that provide other services such as packing and moving; appraisers for estate sales; bill paying services; and many others.
What qualifies you to provide this type of service?
With a combined background of 15 years in financial services, 10 years in human resources, 30 years in management, 7 years of business ownership and estate closings, our staff brings a working knowledge of how to handle phone calls, write letters, knowing what questions to ask and what paperwork to request. Our staff has handled many estates in varying stages and difficulty. Each staff member has been fingerprinted and background checked and has been through an intensive training program. We also have our staff trained in Fraud Detection. Getting it done right to protect the family is our first priority.
What does your service cost?
Our service is a flat fee. We have several packages available as well as customized services. We also provide consulting services on an hourly basis.
